Online Nutrition and Fitness Coaching – Month to Month

“The whole enchilada!” This program is the full coaching package including nutrition, training, and lifestyle. Program is delivered through an easy to use online platform (TrueCoach), 3 month commitment required on all plans.

$225/month – 0 phone check ins (email/text only)

  • Initial Phone Call – Get to know each other, your goals, your exercise, nutrition and health history, etc
  • Custom training program (gym or home) and custom nutrition guidance (building strong nutritional habits, custom macros/calorie goals (if applicable), grocery and food lists, tips and tricks, personalized to your specific goals)
  • Weekly email check-in only. No video form analysis. Ideal for those who are experienced with strength training and are seeking a custom program to complete with minimal guidance
  • $295/month – 2 phone check ins per month (plus email/text)

  • Initial Phone Call – Get to know each other, your goals, your exercise, nutrition and health history, etc
  • Custom training program (gym or home) and custom nutrition guidance (building strong nutritional habits, custom macros/calorie goals (if applicable), grocery and food lists, tips and tricks, personalized to your specific goals)
  • 2 Phone Check-ins Per Month. Form analysis on main lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, strict press
  • $365/month – 4 phone check ins per month (plus email/text)

  • Initial Phone Call – Get to know each other, your goals, your exercise, nutrition and health history, etc
  • Custom training program (gym or home) and custom nutrition guidance (building strong nutritional habits, custom macros/calorie goals (if applicable), grocery and food lists, tips and tricks, personalized to your specific goals)
  • Weekly Check-ins. Form analysis on all lifts in strength training program
  • In-Person Personal Training – Month to Month (Hillsboro/Beaverton Area)

    • Initial Meet and Greet or Phone Call – Get to know each other, your goals, your exercise, nutrition and health history, etc
    • Custom Nutrition Program – building strong nutritional habits, custom macros/calorie goals (if applicable), grocery and food lists, tips and tricks, personalized to your specific goals
    • One-on-One Personal Training or Semi-Private Group Training + solo workouts to complete on own time

    3-month commitment, contact me for pricing as it is variable depending on how many times per week you want to train.
